I grew up in Blanding, Utah which is at the heart of San Juan County. During my visit we went on a few smaller hikes to areas that were a large part of my childhood. There is never enough time to see or do everything. This trip was quick and I know from past experience that to really see and get to know these areas you must do it on horseback or my foot, you need to give yourself the time to really see what is around you.
